Any event request must be in accordance with our terms and conditions.

1. If approved, renters agree not to use the premises for unlawful purposes and to obey all government authorities' laws, rules, and regulations while using the above-described facilities.

 

2. User agrees that it will not use the premises for any purpose contrary to the mission, purpose, or belief of the Owner, which is a biblically based religious institution. (Ex. Any other type of wedding outside of heterosexual unions fails to qualify for approval of event hosting.)

 

3. Users agree to abide by any rules and regulations for using the premises.

 

4. User agrees that it is solely responsible for implementing appropriate screening and supervision procedures to protect. Children, youth, and vulnerable adults are invited to attend user functions at the facilities described above.

5. Facility Usage forms must not be filled out by another person or member of the Church without consent and approval from qualified person(s).  

6. Event insurance is required for space rental. Check your homeowners' or renters' insurance, as it may already be included. $1,000,000 Event liability insurance is required for space rental. Check your homeowners' or renters' insurance, as it may already be included, or you can add it at a very reasonable cost. Event insurance is also available online from a variety of vendors. Grace Chapel can provide you with the details you'll need for your policy. Grace Chapel is not liable if you purchase the wrong type of insurance.

7. All outside vendors are also required to have this insurance and must be provided with your application. This is standard for the industry, so it should not present any issue for reputable vendors.

8. For Grace Chapel Affiliate Status (member, missionary or guest), the person named Renter of facility must match the name on required rental insurance, and must be present for the duration of event.

9. All requests must be made 30 days in advance, and with the requested documentation and forms submitted.
